First Face speak out on the rise in Entrepreneurial Brits

Sales and marketing firm has opened up about the rise in entrepreneurship in Britain and shared how it is doing its part to support the aspirations of young professionals.

First Face Ltd is a Nottingham-based event-marketing firm that creates unique and creative in-person marketing campaigns to enhance their client’s brand promotion and increase customer acquisitions. The firm’s business model has been specially designed to commit enough value and time to develop the skills of their workforce, together with entrepreneurial education and day to day work responsibilities. The firm’s entrepreneurial opportunities offer business training and mentoring; the continued mentoring program gives ongoing support to individuals looking to build a future in the marketing industry.

First Face Ltd believes the UK is getting more entrepreneurial after a recent study by tech retailer found that 80% of Brits have aspired to set up their own business. In the twelve months leading to 31st March 2017, the UK had 644,750 company incorporations; London is the most entrepreneurial with 84% claiming they have thought about starting their own business, followed by Glasgow (83%) Liverpool (82%) and Leeds (81%).

First Face Ltd is a competitive firm, with a desire to grow and expand. Because of their continued growth, the company is always open to new entrepreneurial talent. First Face Ltd appreciates that starting the entrepreneurial journey can be scary as the fear of failure increases, so to offset this concern, the firm offers their professional support regarding mentorship, career control, challenges, targets, workshops and industry seminars and conferences. The business environment of the sales and marketing industry is very competitive, but it is also one of support and a place to grow and develop; making it ideal for ambitious entrepreneurs at the beginning of their journey. Managing Director of First Face Ltd and successful entrepreneur, Paul Sandhu, encourages his workforce to learn and seek the support and guidance they need to become a success in sales, and to open up and run their own business soon.
